Be the go-to party favor hero when you whip this up!
Use it to perfectly feature a pretty 3x4" design, which have become so easy-to-find in today's paper collections. The 3x4" designs I used are from a sheet of paper from the Practically Perfect collection by Carta Bella. I simply sliced up a sheet into the 12 designs by hand.
Tie on a wire-edged ribbon handle and voila!
You can fit two on one sheet of 12x12" paper, so making lots is easy-peasy.
Or just make one! 🙂
