The Vase can be used as a cute little lantern or as a treat container. Give it any look, depending on the patterns, colors and embellishments you use. The Butterfly Gift Bag will come in handy for a wide variety of gifting purposes. Its unusual shape lets you feature some of your favorite pretty patterned papers. The Art Nouveau Card can also serve a wide variety of purposes, depending on the sentiment you stamp or write on its label. For example, it would make a lovely wedding or anniversary card in mostly white/ivory.
Dimensions
Art Nouveau Card - 4.3" wide and 5.5" high. Butterflies Box Card - 6.3" wide, 7.3" high and 3.5" deep (seven inches wide and 7.3" high when folded flat). Butterfly Gift Bag - 10" wide, 7.3" high and 4.4" deep. Dragonfly Lamp - 8.2" wide, 11.5" high and 8.2" deep. Vase - five inches wide, 5.5" high and five inches deep.
Paper Collection
Patterned paper shown is the Junque Gypsy collection by Marion Smith Designs. Copic markers (YR04, R24, B02, Y17 and G24) were used to color the butterflies on the box card and the vellum panels on the lamp, although a wide variety of types and colors of markers would look great. Black and chocolate shimmer paper was used for the large butterfly on the gift bag, the lamp, the vase and the details on the card. It's from Michaels (Recollections brand) and comes in packs of five (available where the individual 12x12 papers are sold). The clear ìdrops" on the dragonfliesí bodies and in the bottom of the vase are from a bag of Decorative Fillers (12 oz) by Ashland from Michaels. A fine-tipped black marker was used to add detail to the butterflies in the Butterflies Box Card and the wings on the Dragonfly Lamp (diagrams for details included in your download). The stamps used (on the back of the Butterflies Box Card and on the front of the Art Nouveau Card) are from the Operation Write Home stamp set from Hero Arts (CL582). The vase is embellished with leather and hemp cords and charms from Hobby Lobby. Your download also includes more detailed versions of each butterfly in the Extras folder which can be cut at a larger size (about nine inches wide).
