I wanted to make something that was VERY easy, so easy that my 7 year old could help me with no problem! I decided to use the adorable A2 Lace Cards to create some super sweet little Valentine's cards to make with your children! My daughter really enjoyed helping me put these together and she cannot wait to give them to her friends at school.

Instructions

  • Cut out all your cards and pieces and glue them together. Easy peasy!
  • I have included the welded text SVG files for you! They are sized already so you do not need to worry about that

Design Tips

Tamara Tripodi - SVGCuts Design Team Artist

  • Get creative! I showed you just a few samples of some simple Valentine's you could create. You could also use the guitar in Jamie's Favorite Things Collection and add "You Rock", etc. SVG Cuts offers so many cute designs that you could make SEVERAL different cards! I also thought to use the butterfly by itself and then add "You make my heart flutter". Have fun with it!
  • Embossing and 3d glue dots help add texture and make designs pop!
  • You will need to trim down the A2 card that goes onto the mailbox. I cut about an inch off the top.
  • When adding the sucker stick holes to your card it works best to keep them 3/4 - 1" away from the edge.
  • I attached the flag to the mailbox with a heart shaped brad, very cute!
  • If you do not want to make sucker holders, use the A2 cards, score in half, and attach them over a baggie with some Valentine candy inside!

Again, a super easy project to create with a child! I hope you like it!
