What a perfect day! After all the planning, our wedding day was everything that we had envisioned, and more!
I thought I'd keep everything so "straightforward and simple." Right, uh-huh, sure... lol!
Hosting a party for that many people (about 200) at home takes quite a bit of coordination and planning. I now know this! Haha! Thankfully the weather was gorgeous, and we had so many willing helpers, too.
It was incredible when the time came to just kick back and enjoy our special day with our families and closest friends. And of course the day flew by!
I would have loved to add more handmade details, but I ran out of time.
However, I did whip this banner up the night before our wedding day, gluing it together in excited exhaustion...
And I love the way it looked!
My husband is crazy and has a really tricked-out golf cart. It has a sound system and a back-up camera. Lots of fun in the summertime! You can't miss it coming down the street and there's plenty of room for friends! lol That's the kind of guy he is with his big ideas and huge heart.
I thought it would be awesome to "ride away on it" after our ceremony, which was in our yard, next to our koi pond.
We had tents and tables set up in the street, extending the party area beyond just our patio and yard.
It worked out really well! Later on, when it was time to get the party started, we raced into our reception on the golf cart, with the DJ blasting "Thunderstruck" by ACDC. After dark, our DJ had a lot of really awesome up-lighting throughout the party, making it look super special and cool! 🙂
Happily ever after! <3
So! Download your free banner and make your very own! If you do, you'll certainly have to share a picture with us on the SVGCuts Facebook Page, or put it on your own blog, etc. Happy crafting! ~Mary 🙂

One of our Facebook Fans mentioned that it would make a wonderful Winter wedding centerpiece. You could use LED battery-powered fairy lights inside it instead of the candle lamp.
