Instructions
- Cut all layers as listed
- Ink edges of the two panel_small and adhere to the background piece
- Ink edges of cupcake bottom and emboss with D’Vine Swirls folder. Emboss cupcake_top with Diamonds folder. Glue layers together and apply pearls.
- Glue cupcake to scallop circle.
- Stamp sentiment on adore_top and adhere to adore_bottom. Punch hole for ribbon.
- Wrap ribbon around background piece, thread through label and die in a bow.
- Attached scallop circle to card front with foam dots.
