Then, specify where you want to store the project folder. The original file (called CowboyHat.zip) can be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: View the Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The PDF Menu document in your download provides some additional helpful information. It is the button below the word Layers (top right area).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Attach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First, click on one of the items labeled <strong>entire_cowboy_hat<\/strong> in the Layers window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, click <strong>Attach<\/strong>. Then, repeat this for the other two \"groups.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attaching tells the software to keep the score lines with their shapes. Otherwise, the software puts them on separate mats during the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, click <strong>Make<\/strong>.  Then, proceed to cut out your shapes using your Cricut Explore or Maker machine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: View the Assembly Tutorial Video<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, you can view the Assembly Tutorial video for this design. like using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.12x12cardstock.shop\/collections\/encore-textured-cardstock-collection?p=BJyM546Eo\">Encore paper by 12x12 Cardstock Shop<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4aATgQG\">American Crafts Card Stock paper<\/a>. Generally, most by-the-sheet textured solid-color card stock paper from craft stores works well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glue Recommendations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3TXenHB\">Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4adFfJf\">Bearly Arts Precision Glue<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3TXlBLC\">Art Glitter Glue<\/a> are my go-to adhesives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solid Score Lines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We also offer this design with Solid Score Lines instead of dashed cut lines for folding. You can find these in your download. They are in the Extras folder, in the Solid Score Lines folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply select a score lines layer in the Layers window and then change its <strong>Operation<\/strong> from <strong>Basic Cut<\/strong> to <strong>Score<\/strong>. Repeat for any other solid score lines.
