Use it to perfectly feature a pretty 3x4\" design, which have become so easy-to-find in today's paper collections. The 3x4\" designs I used are from a sheet of paper from the Practically Perfect collection by Carta Bella. I simply sliced up a sheet into the 12 designs\u00a0by hand.<\/p>\n

Tie on a wire-edged ribbon handle and voila!<\/p>\n

You can fit two on one sheet of 12x12\" paper, so making lots is easy-peasy.<\/p>\n
