My mom is throwing a Father's Day party with a \"Texas\" theme this weekend, and I made this\u00a0to bring.<\/p>\n

This pretty blue gingham patterned paper<\/a> is from the Are We There Yet Paper Collection<\/a> by Carta Bella. It's designed by one of my all-time favorite artists, Steven Duncan (swoon)!<\/p>\n I inked the edges of most of the shapes a little bit by rubbing small ink pads around the edges. This is something I almost always do - I think it never fails to add a nice touch!<\/p>\n I used these ink pads (my favorite brand and shape):<\/p>\n Red\u00a0Colorbox Cat's Eye Ink Pad<\/a> The stars are optional and look great \u201cpopped-out\u201d with dimension using dimensional glue dots (Zots by Thermoweb<\/a>).<\/p>\n If you\u00a0make\u00a0this, I'd love to see!
