Spray with adhesive and sprinkle with glitter. Once this layer is dry, emboss with the Swiss Dots folder.<\/li>\n<li>Emboss blue layer with D\u2019vine swirls folder<\/li>\n<li>Cut and assemble the fish. Add google eyes.<\/li>\n<li>Cut seaweed and flag.<\/li>\n<li>Stamps sentiment and then assemble card.
