Cifaldi will be serving as the Customer and Digital Product Support Manager to drive product ease-of-use, customer support and marketing.

Eric has shown excellence in the areas of customer service, leadership, communication and mentoring throughout his career at United Airlines, Xtreme Polishing Systems, the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and as a Certified Personal Trainer.
Eric has also recently completed his Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis and studied Global Business Management and Art abroad in Florence, Italy.
