Dimensions
The finished Snowflake Gift Bag is over four inches wide, just over 6.5” tall and three inches deep. I used brown raffia from Michaels (or any craft store) to tie up the “handles.” The top layer of the tag is chalkboard paper, which I got from Michaels, however, you could use patterned paper instead, or even light-colored solid cardstock and stamp or write on it, or decorate it however you want. If you’d like to cut it out without the cutouts, check the project’s Extras folder for a plain version of the bag. The finished Star Container is 11” wide, 7.5” high and 10” deep. I used sparkly adhesive dots (Queen & Co Candy Shoppe Rock Candy Clear) on the decorative tag and an Epihphany Crafts Round 25 Epoxy Embellishment on a Round Charm. The pre-embossed “bronze” paper is by Recollections (Michaels - pack of five sheets). I used brown raffia from Michaels (or any craft store) and some shimmer twine from The Twinery to loosely tie on the decorative tag. The finished Winter Lodge is 16” wide, 10.5” high and 11” deep. I hot- glued a string of Shimmer Lights from Michaels (Ashland 30 Warm White LED Lights 5ft - small gray box in floral aisle) underneath the eaves of the roof. The door “knocker” is a little brad (Tim Holtz idea- ology Ring Fasteners). I embossed the “stone” panels using the Bricked embossing folder by Sizzix. I embossed the “siding” panels using the Notebook embossing folder by Sizzix. The “bronze”/copper paper is by Recollections (Michaels - pack of five sheets). The white glittery paper that I used for the roof snow is from Hobby Lobby (individual sheets).
