Instructions

Candle

  1. Cut 2 of the ironwork1 and glue as shown in photo, they do not overlap just barely touch each other. Use the glue sparingly.
  2. Glue the holly and berries and attach with a pop dot.
  3. There is a gap at the back that you could place a tag with a sentiment.
  4. Cut the doily to place candle on. Do not glue as the candle will need battery changes.

Card

  1. Glue the rectangle to the front of the card.
  2. Attach the brads closing them very loosely for the twine. Wrap the twine starting upper left corner with about a 6 inch tail for the bow. After wrapping the twine around wrap the end twice around the top left brad. Tie the bow.
  3. Glue trim and use pop dots to attach the Merry & Bright to the card.
  4. Glue the greenery behind the Merry & Bright.

Design Tips

Kathy Helton - SVGCuts Designer

  • When gluing the flourish on the candle go VERY light on the glue.
  • A dark colored candle would be pretty, use light colored paper.
  • The Twinery twine has a little shimmer, it really spices up the card!

I hope you will use this idea for some of your holiday giving. It is very easy and so beautiful!!
