There wasn't much news as far as cutting machines are concerned and we didn't see anything revolutionary as far as paper crafting goes, but CHA is always a good time and we had a wonderful time seeing all of the familiar faces and new paper lines!
Sizzix and Silhouette were both demonstrating their cutting machines, but Provo Craft's Cricut and Craftwell's eCraft were missing in action. Based on various statistics (web traffic mostly), we have a good feeling that Sizzix and Silhouette America are slowly consuming more and more of the electronic cutting machine market share while Provo Craft works on revitalizing their business plan.
In non-CHA related news, following the footsteps of Silhouette America, Provo Craft recently started offering individual cut files for .99 cents through Cricut Craft Room! They've come a LONG way and who knows, maybe importing SVG files is just over the horizon.
Back to CHA! We stopped by and scoped out some of the new paper lines from our favorite companies. Check out the videos below!
