Paper and embellishments shown are the Liberty Collection by BoBunny.  Glitter paper by Recollections and solid cardstock is by American Crafts.  Letters are about 7" tall, hat is 4.5" tall, the five parts of the banner are each about 6x6", and the card is about 7x7".

Compatibility

SCAL2, SCAL3, MTC and any cutting software that cuts SVG files.  SCAL1 users cannot cut score marks, which are necessary for the rosette.  SCAL1 users can do other scoring manually.  Everything can be made on any mat size, except for the large rosette and the envelope for the card, which are too large to fit on the 12x6 mat.
