I had fun pairing this pretty K&Company paper with the Extras in our new Mother's Day Cards SVG Kit to create a pretty page for my scrapbook! The cheerful yet elegant colors and ladylike patterns were perfect. I used the Vines Square element in the background, backed by a blacked-out version of itself in a complementary pattern. Why not go all-out girly for a holiday celebrating Mom? I used several pretty 3D flowers from the same SVG Kit with a recent free SVG (photo frame) and it came out great! I tell ya, just using coordinated paper makes it hard to screw up!

Design Tips
- The paper is Classic K Charlotte (625204) and the solid-colored cardstock is Bazzill Bling, which has a slight sheen to it, and it cut great. I picked this up by the sheet at my local Michaels.
- I inked the edges of every single piece in brown. This takes a few extra minutes, and it can be tempting to skip this step, but it’s worth doing. As I always say, it really ties everything together and adds that hip factor.
- As you can see, I popped out a lot of the elements (using 3D Zots), such as the entire border/background, the leaves, the framed photo, the tag and the flowers. This makes it extra-special!
- The stitched pink ribbon on the tag is from a spool from Michaels. I secured the two bits of ribbon with small pop dots to keep them in place.
Thanks for checking out my project - I hope you like it and that it brings you some inspiration. Happy crafting! ~Mary :)
